All prices are annual and include 19 % German VAT. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without German VAT.

- We announce price increases by email at least six weeks in advance. You may then cancel effective on that date.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit my limit?
On the Free plan we stop sending notifications after ten emails in a day. The submissions themselves are not lost – they are stored and visible in your dashboard.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, a paid plan renews for another year unless you cancel. We say so plainly here because it costs you money: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get my money back if it does not suit me?
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason – we refund the full amount and issue a credit note. After that the paid period simply runs out; there is no pro-rata refund.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can move to Pro at any time. Existing forms and submissions are kept.
Does my allowed domain cover subdomains too?
On the Free plan exactly the domain you enter applies; example.com and www.example.com count as the same site. If you enter a subdomain such as shop.example.com, that is what applies. With Pro you can allow all subdomains per form.
Is FormPost GDPR-compliant?
FormPost is hosted in Germany and processes no data outside the EU. You can sign a data processing agreement in your account, and a ready-made passage for your own privacy policy is there to copy.
